Submit Training Grant Application via eTRiS
- Login to eTRiS:
- Use the employer’s registered login credentials.
- Navigate to “Training Grant”:
- In the eTRiS portal, choose “Training Grant Application.”
- Fill in the Application Details:
- Enter the training program details, course name, training provider details, date, duration, and participant names.
- Attach Required Documents:
- Upload necessary documents such as the training provider’s course outline, quotation, and other relevant information.
- Submit the Application:
- Once all the details are filled in and documents are attached, submit the application for approval.
Run The Training
Commence Training
- Upon receiving approval, the employer can proceed with the training program as scheduled.
- Ensure that the training provider adheres to the required standards and provides the necessary training deliverables.
Claim Your Allowance
Submit Claim Application Post-Training
- Login to eTRiS Again:
- After the training is completed, log in to the eTRiS portal to submit the claim.
- Attach Proof of Training Completion:
- Attach required documents, such as attendance records, invoices from the training provider, and proof of payment.
- Submit Claim:
- Fill in all necessary information and submit the claim for reimbursement.
- Upon approval of the claim, HRD Corp will disburse the funds to the employer’s bank account.
- Training Provider will Claim the Training Fees directly from HRDF | HRD Corp
