Terms & Conditions for N Skills Digital Marketing Training Website (HRDF/HRD Corp Claimable)

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Eligibility for HRDF Claim: Only employers registered with HRDF/HRD Corp and contributing to the levy system are eligible for training claims.

• Claimable Courses: Training programs listed as HRDF claimable meet the necessary guidelines set by HRD Corp.

• Submission Requirements: Employers must submit the necessary documentation, including Form 1, attendance records, and invoices, for claim approval.

• Payment Policy: Full payment for the training course must be made before the commencement date.

• Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to the training; otherwise, refunds may not be applicable.

• Trainer Availability: In the event of trainer unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances, a suitable replacement will be arranged.

• Training Modifications: N Skills reserves the right to modify the course content to ensure it remains up-to-date and relevant.

• Certification: Participants will receive a certification upon successful completion of the training.

• Data Protection: Personal data collected for training purposes will be handled in accordance with data protection laws.
